House Supervisor RN

Job Summary and Responsibilities Organizes and oversees patient care delivery during an assigned shift. Monitors and assesses current environment for smooth hospital operations. Assess and allocate resources as needed. Provide input to employee performance and assist in coaching staff members. Documents daily staffing and administrative records, maintaining compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff. Provides nursing care to patients on an as needed basis and maintains communication with patients and family members regarding care needed. Job Requirements Education and Experience Associate's Degree in Nursing Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience. Licensure Registered Nursing License (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Other credentials or credential modules may be required.
