You'll be the go-to resource for customers who walk through our doors looking for equipment solutions, and you'll build real, lasting relationships that come back year after year.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThis is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage and opportunity to earn commissions as well. You'll guide customers through a real sales process - discovering their needs, recommending the right equipment, working through the details, and closing the deal. Day to day, that looks like:Building and managing a customer base through genuine relationship work and consistent follow-upUsing Rexco's CRM to stay organized, spot opportunities, and plan your outreachManaging the full sales experience: trade evaluations, price quotes, negotiations, credit applications, warranties, and delivery coordinationBeing proactive - reaching out to customers before they even know they need somethingTracking your progress against daily, weekly, and monthly goalsStaying sharp by attending manufacturer training, product demos, and trade eventsWHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT2+ years of inside sales experience (construction equipment knowledge is a real plus)Strong communicator who knows how to listen before pitchingComfortable working a CRM and staying on top of follow-upsCreative problem-solver who doesn't give up when customers push backAssociate degree or technical school background is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)WHO WE AREWe provide equipment solutions to the people who build and maintain our communities.
