Mobile HVAC Technician

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician Location: Columbia, SC or Florence, SC What’s the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations. Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems. Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and maintenance activities. Ensure safety procedures are followed, including hazardous material handling and workplace safety standards. What’s Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
