We're hiring in both Pomaria and Columbia - choose your location! $25-$35 per hour + Performance Spiffs & Incentives Annual Earning Potential: $85,000-$100,000+ annually 40 hours weekly | Monday-Friday | Rotating On-Call Schedule Sign-On Bonus of $2,500 for Qualified Candidates!

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician , you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential comfort systems while building lasting relationships with customers who rely on your expertise.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of residential HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
• Recommend repair and replacement solutions with confidence

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Willingness to obtain NATE Certification within one year
• Positive attitude and desire to take on leadership responsibilities
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Refrigeration experience is a plus
• Personal HVAC service tools is a plus
