Business Development Manager- White Collar Defense Business Development Manager- White Collar Defense 180-200K, Hybrid Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law Firm seeking to add a Business Development Manager within their White Collar Defense practice group. Responsibilities: Collaborate with practice group leadership to develop and implement annual and long‑term business development plans aligned with firm strategy. Identify growth opportunities across industries, geographies, and client segments relevant to white‑collar defense, investigations, and enforcement matters. Monitor market, regulatory, and enforcement trends (e.g., DOJ, SEC, international regulators) to inform strategic initiatives. Lead and manage pitches, proposals, and RFP responses for white‑collar defense and related matters, including strategy development, messaging, and coordination with partners and marketing teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus. 5–8+ years of business development or marketing experience in a large law firm or other professional services environment. Prior experience supporting litigation, white‑collar defense, investigations, or regulatory practices strongly preferred. Proven experience managing complex pitches and partner‑driven initiatives.
