Today, that includes bringing AI-powered capabilities to our customer base in ways they can adopt and put to work alongside their established business systems. We are hiring a content marketing manager to own content marketing end-to-end at Client. You will define what content the business needs and ensure it gets created, meets standards, and reaches the right channels, while scaling content production using AI and maintaining Client-level standards for quality, clarity, and relevance across audiences.What You’ll Own1. DEFINE WHAT CONTENT WE NEED Translate client business priorities, product narratives, and GTM plans into a clear, actionable content plan Ensure product launches and feature releases are supported with the necessary content (e.g., web updates, supporting materials), in partnership with Product Marketing Identify and prioritize additional content needed to drive key initiatives beyond launch moments (e.g., success stories, thought leadership, search-based discovery assets, PR) Identify and prioritize gaps across key customer personas2. SCALE CONTENT PRODUCTION Enable the team to use Client-approved AI tools effectively for first drafts (prompts, templates, workflows) Build repeatable systems for producing high-quality content across web, campaigns, customer stories, and thought leadership Act as the central reviewer to ensure content meets Client standards for brand, messaging, and quality Move content efficiently from draft final published, reducing bottlenecks and increasing throughput3. OWN CONTENT QUALITY Ensure all content is clear, accurate, and persuasive for its intended audience Improve content output at the draft stage, including AI-generated and team-authored content Provide actionable feedback and use AI to raise overall content effectiveness across the team Rewrite or elevate content when needed to meet Client-level standards for clarity, tone, and credibility4. MAINTAIN CONTENT ACCURACY AND COVERAGE Establish ownership and cadence for keeping existing content up to date across products and personas Continuously identify and address outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent content Ensure coverage across core topics that matter to customers5. CREATE CONTENT DIRECTLY Own and deliver key content assets end-to-end (e.g., core web pages, launch content, search-driven articles) Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Gen to translate messaging into effective, channel-ready content Produce content that drives measurable outcomes (e.g., evaluation, conversion, adoption) Assess content performance and apply insights to improve future output
