• 10-hour shifts with call, 4 days per week minimum
• One call per week and one weekend call per month
• Day shift: OR-focused duties, night shift: 10-20 patients
• Inpatient setting only
• 5 APPs on day shift, 3 surgical residents on nights
• Must be proficient in robotics and laparoscopic procedures
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS certifications required
