JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $17 per hour , plus $1.00 per hour shift differential Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 6PM start time. Must be able to work up to 12 hours and Saturdays as needed. Benefits start day 1

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Associates help in the manufacturing and production process. This role varies based on the needs of the company and often includes operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, problem‑solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols. Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to meet quality standards and specifications Review work orders, prepare materials, and safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment Assemble components including frames, glass units, hardware, seals, and screens Operate production equipment such as saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machinery Inspect finished products and report defects or quality concerns Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packing, and loading Participate in 5S activities and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, and efficiency Support quality standards and help ensure products meet customer requirements Work respectfully and collaboratively as part of a team Support the team in achieving production and performance targets Follow direction of leadership and continuously verify quality through measurement. Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
