Schedule

Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends; no call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery unit. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor and delivery, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through skilled assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.
• Assist in all phases of labor and delivery.
• Perform C-Section circulation and support the surgical team as needed.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE certifications required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Competency in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) and C-Section circulation.
• Preferred candidates will have internal monitor placement experience and experience in a Level IV unit.
