Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at Aspire Senior Living New Florence. As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate resident needs, including physical, emotional, and social needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account resident preferences and goals

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
