Duties Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing information. Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects our commitment to excellence. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our team. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus for serving our diverse guest base effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of front desk operations, including guest relations and reservation systems. Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
