Customer Service - Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Nevada. This role is vital in supporting daily transportation and distribution operations within the Transportation & Distribution Industry. The Logistics Coordinator will handle order processing, shipment coordination, driver communication, and customer support, ensuring all documentation and invoicing are accurate. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt through delivery.
  
  
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
  
  
• Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, routes, load details, and delivery updates.
  
  
• Create, review, and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documents.
  
  
• Provide customer service via email and phone, responding to order inquiries, delivery status, and service issues.
  
  
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
  
  
• Prepare and process invoices, verify billing accuracy, and assist with freight billing issues.
  
  
• Update transportation or order management systems with accurate and timely data.
  
  
• Work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams to support daily logistics functions.
  
  
• Perform general administrative tasks related to transportation and distribution operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, order processing, or customer service.
  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Experience with order entry, shipment coordination, and invoicing.
  
  
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading and freight documentation.
  
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software; logistics or TMS systems a plus.
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
  
  

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
