Unlock Your Potential as an Occupational Therapist in Berkeley/Richmond - Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care in the comfort of patients' homes. - We welcome new graduates eager to make a difference in patient lives! - Coverage areas include: - Area 2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont - Area 8: Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington - Two Work Options Available: - Guaranteed Hours: - Maximum of 36 hours guaranteed. - Achieve a minimum of 27 points per week, where 1 visit = 1 point. - Flexibility to travel outside your area or work weekends as needed. - Non-Guaranteed Hours: - Full caseload may require occasional travel outside the service area. - Ability to refuse patients; no guaranteed hours. - Must be comfortable seeing Covid and Covid PUI patients. - Diverse Visit Types Count Towards Your Productivity Points: - OASIS ReCertification, Routine, Eval, Discharge, and more = 1 point = 1.33 hours. - Credentials Needed: - Current CA OT License - BLS Certification - Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance - TB screening (annual) - MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual) vaccinations - Drug screening and physical exam - Important Submission Guidelines: - Your agency’s contract must match the job confirmation details exactly. - All requested time off must be disclosed during submission; post-confirmation requests will not be approved.
