Job Description:


- Shift Details:
- Night: 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30)
- Day: 3x12-Hour (06:00 - 18:30)


- Experience Levels Welcome:
- 1st timers are encouraged to apply!

- Floating:
- Opportunity to float between units based on needs.
- Flexibility to support various departments is essential.


- Weekend Requirements:
- Required to work weekends, but no more than every other weekend.


- Patient Ratios:
- Standard nursing ratio of 1:4.


- Special Requirements:
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment.


- Additional Perks:
- If floating to specific facilities, receive a $5/hr incentive along with IRS Mileage reimbursement.
- Hotel accommodations provided for consecutive shifts if floating occurs.


- Facility Highlights:
- Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care
- Total Staff Beds: 109
- Scrub Color: Any Color (provided for specific areas)
- Charting System: Epic


- Job Qualifications:
- 1.5 years of previous charge experience preferred.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS.


- Key Skills Required:
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
- Care of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.
- Central line care and management.
- Ventilator management and care of ventilated patients.


- Contract Details:
- Duration: 91 weeks
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays.
- Must have valid compact license at the time of submission.


- References Required:
- 2 Professional References covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
