Responsabilidades del puesto
- Proporcionar atencion de enfermeria y cuidado personal seguros y efectivos segun el Plan de Atencion
- Administrar medicamentos y realizar tareas de enfermeria especializada dentro del alcance de la practica profesional
- Ayudar con traslados, posicionamiento, cuidado de cateteres y necesidades de movilidad
- Comunicarse de manera oportuna sobre cambios en el estado medico o emergencias
- Coordinar la atencion con el Supervisor de Enfermeria / Gerente Clinico
- Acompanar a los clientes hacia y desde citas o actividades segun se solicite
- Realizar evaluaciones ocasionales de clientes y visitas de supervision
- Demostrar empatia, profesionalismo, atencion a los detalles y buen juicio clinico
- Licencia activa de Enfermero/a Registrado/a (RN)
- Autorizacion Level 2 del AHCA Clearinghouse
- Prueba de TB (dentro de los ultimos 12 meses) o radiografia de torax (dentro de los ultimos 5 anos)
- Experiencia en cuidado domiciliario
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacion, trabajo en equipo y servicio al cliente
- Capacidad para utilizar un registro medico electronico (EHR) para documentacion y coordinacion de cuidados
