Field Sales Representative - Property Services Growth

Esencia is a fast-growing company with over 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry. We specialize in property maintenance services—unit turns, cleaning, painting, and common area maintenance—supporting property management teams with reliable, high-quality execution. We currently service 300+ properties across Tampa Bay and partner with some of the largest property management companies in the country. As we continue expanding into new markets, we are building a strong sales team to grow with us. We are a service-first, execution-driven company—and we expect the same from our team. The Opportunity We are looking for a driven, coachable, and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. You don’t need years of experience—but you must have the desire to learn, the discipline to stay consistent, and the attitude to win. This is a hands-on role where you will be trained to develop real sales skills while working directly with property managers and decision-makers in the field. What You’ll Be Doing Prospect new clients through cold calls, property visits, networking, and referrals Build relationships with property managers and onsite teams Learn how to identify client needs and present service solutions Support the full sales process from first contact to closing Work closely with leadership to improve your sales approach Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and positive attitude Highly motivated, disciplined, and reliable Coachable and open to feedback Comfortable working in the field and engaging with clients CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce preferred) Base Salary + Performance Bonus Paid Vacation Final Note This role is not for everyone.
