Join Fox’s Pizza Den at our Arvada, CO Walmart location and help build the foundation of our Colorado presence. As General Manager, you’ll set the tone for team culture, service, and restaurant success while working directly with the franchisee, market leader, and broader regional operations team. You’ll lead the launch by building the initial team, establishing operating procedures, developing the customer base, and achieving sales and profitability targets. This full-time role offers $45,000–$60,000 annually, a structured bonus plan, and opportunities for multi-unit management, market leadership, franchise ownership, and expanded operational responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and uphold service standards.
• Recruit, interview, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Create staff schedules and manage labor systems.
• Manage inventory control and complete supply ordering.
• Communicate expectations and updates effectively across the team.
• Use scheduling, inventory, sales, reporting, and team communication applications.
• Build the initial team and establish effective operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and develop the customer base.

 

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with restaurant operations, staff scheduling, inventory control, food safety, recruitment, and employee training.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, energetic leadership style and strong coachability.
• Open availability and ability to work 40–45 hours per week.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Food Protection Manager Certification.
