Collision Repair General ManagerKaizen Collision Center is hiring an experienced Collision Repair General Manager to lead one of our Colorado locations. We're looking for a proven collision repair leader who knows how to drive production, develop people, improve profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is not a desk-only management role. You should know what's happening on the production floor, understand your KPIs, recognize where the shop is losing opportunities, and know how to get your team moving in the right direction.If you know how to run a successful collision center, we want to talk.Compensation$90,000–$110,000 Base Salary + Bonus & CommissionIn addition to base salary, this position offers bonus and commission opportunities based on performance and results. Base salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and leadership background.What You'll DoLead all day-to-day collision center operationsManage and develop estimators, technicians, painters, parts personnel, CSRs, and production staffDrive sales, revenue, gross profit, and overall profitabilityManage cycle time, touch time, throughput, and productivityMonitor KPIs and develop action plans to improve performanceKeep production moving and address bottlenecks quicklyRecruit, coach, develop, and retain strong employeesSet clear expectations and create accountabilityEnsure repairs meet OEM procedures and quality standardsMaintain high customer satisfactionManage labor and operating expensesMaintain strong insurance and DRP relationshipsBuild productive vendor relationshipsResolve customer and operational issuesMaintain a safe, professional, performance-driven shopWhat We're Looking ForPrevious collision repair management experience is required. Ideal candidates will have:Proven collision repair management experienceExperience leading a high-volume collision centerStrong knowledge of collision repair production and workflowUnderstanding of insurance claims and DRP programsStrong financial and operational knowledgeExperience managing shop KPIs and profitabilityAbility to recruit, coach, and develop employeesStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to make decisions and solve problems quicklyHigh standards for quality and customer serviceStrong organizational and follow-through skillsValid driver's licenseI-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.Know the Shop.
