We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a premier, high-volume fine-dining restaurant in Houston, TX. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished, hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or fine dining
• Strong background in high-volume, full-service restaurants
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
• Experience managing FOH operations, training, scheduling, and labor costs
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service standards
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive operational excellence
