Pay & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $80,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment

What You'll Do:
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
- Assess and develop treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress accurately using the Epic electronic medical records system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Occasionally assist with SNF and home health visits, with possibilities for involvement in local schools
- Support patient education sessions to promote recovery and ongoing wellness
What You Need:
- Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one year of hire
- Minimum 1 year of related professional experience
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems, preferably Epic
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, SNF, or home health settings
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
