Job Description Lead a cross‑functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Lead complex programs/projects requiring planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business, with program sizes that may reach or exceed $25 million. Manage the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs and influence project decisions to achieve overall program goals. Oversee and report on the program budget while working to ensure program success. Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of programs and recommend enhancements based on results. Team with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
