Success comes from staying organized, following up consistently, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through the sale. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Assisting clients with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance options. Following up on inbound leads while proactively generating new business opportunities. Preparing personalized insurance quotes and explaining coverage in a simple, confident manner. Building lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular communication. Maintaining accurate documentation within our CRM and quoting systems. Staying current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and licensing requirements. Requirements What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is motivated, coachable, and excited to build a long-term career in insurance sales. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Sales experience is valuable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is just as important. To be successful, you should have: Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus). A Property & Casualty License , or the willingness to obtain one . Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfort using computers, CRM software, and quoting platforms. A self-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
