Senior Oncology Specialist - TOPAZ - Phoenix, AZ

Senior Oncology Specialist What You Will Do You will act as the primary customer contact to provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen's products and effectively communicate their clinical and economic benefits to medical professionals. Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan, including delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following up with medical educational programs, and achieving sales targets. Utilize internal and external relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts. Craft an effective marketing strategy to aid in driving sales. Analyze sales activities and territory performance, and develop plans with the District Manager. Maintain passion for products throughout the sales cycle while representing the brand. Partner with colleagues to share best practices and continuously learn. What We Expect Of You Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related. Associate degree with 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related. High school diploma/GED with 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Oncology. Three or more years of sales and/or marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries. Product or hospital sales experience in oncology and related specialties. Local market knowledge. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration. Adaptability with planning, leveraging knowledge, communication, driving results, and cultivating relationships. What You Can Expect Of Us The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $140,465 to $190,041.
