This is an opportunity for a visionary professional to oversee a talented design staff while maintaining a "hands-on" influence over custom residential estates and innovative commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural lifecycle for luxury custom homes and diverse commercial developments. Direct and mentor junior design staff to ensure technical accuracy and aesthetic cohesion. Collaborate closely with our in-house building team to ensure seamless transitions from blueprints to job sites. Manage client relationships with a high degree of professionalism and design advocacy. Requirements & Qualifications Education & Licensure: Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). Must be a Licensed Architect with the ability to maintain or attain licensure in all states. Experience: 5–7 years of post-licensure experience, with a proven portfolio in custom residential and commercial sectors. Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery of industry-standard design software and a deep understanding of structural and building codes.
