We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehousePrepare schedulesSupervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performanceMonitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer serviceDemonstrate an understanding of the company quality policyAdhere to the GXO 7S programMaintain a clean environment at all timesCommunicate well with leadership, team members and other departmentsImplement continuous improvement action plansWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:2 years of relevant work experienceExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipmentAvailability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsTo meet government and federal law program requirements which requires U.S. citizen statusIt'd be great if you also have:Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related fieldBilingual English/SpanishExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environmentWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experienceDemonstrated ability to support, follow and communicate company safety guidelines and programsThis job requires the ability to:Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weightsStand, sit or walk for extended periods of timeReach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environmentsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
