Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service Oversee daily operations including food preparation, cash handling, and station management Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant Handle customer orders, inquiries, and resolve complaints with enthusiasm and professionalism Support training and development of team members to maintain excellent service quality Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment At least 18 years old with a positive, customer-focused attitude Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and stations efficiently Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance Willingness to complete required food safety training Must be able to exert well‑paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to five hours Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours a week Work Environment & Benefits Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, day and night shifts Paid training to support your growth and success Employee discounts on our delicious menu items Opportunity to earn tips through the shop’s tip pool Supportive, fun, and dynamic team culture Location: West McKinney #676 3200 S Stonebridge Dr Ste 108, McKinney, TX 75070, USA You are applying to work with a franchisee of Potbelly Corporate.
