Dental Office Manager

*** with 5+ years of experience only may apply*** Looking for a Dental Front Office Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position. PAY IS FLEXIBLE AND DETERMINED BASED ON QUALIFICATION. EAGLESOFT EXPEREIENCE AND EXPERIENCE SEPCIFICALLY AS A DENTAL FRONT DESK CORDINATOR WITH ATLEAST A 5+ YEAR EXPEREINCE OR AS A OFFICE MANAGER IN A DENTAL OFFICE. Personal Characteristics: Excellent communication and phone skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to function within a team environment as a supportive and positive contributor. Self-starter with the ability to see things that need attention and address issues as they appear. Front Office Responsibilities: Proficient in EAGLESOFT Insurance verification Enter insurances Provide and present treatment plans Answer telephone . Check in and Check out patients Gather needed updated patient information and enter into computer for full maintenance of patient’s electronic charting. Alert dental assistants and hygienists when their patients have arrived, or seat the patient, whichever is appropriate. Assist in taking payments and checking patients out after appointments; ensure they are scheduled for their next visit with the office. Confirm patients for next day’s appointments. schedule closely throughout the day to maintain schedule effectiveness. Appoint patients efficiently in order to keep the schedule of the doctors and staff as organized and productive as possible. Maintain Quick Call and No Show list’s for follow up. Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a front desk position within a Dental office setting. Strong patient service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and records. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with patients and staff.
