Executive Compensation Attorney

Overview Experience Required: 5+ years' executive compensation transactional and advisory legal experience Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an executive compensation attorney to support the firm on a range of compensation-related matters for work in CT or NY. The ideal candidate will have more than five years of executive compensation legal experience. Responsibilities Help design executive compensation frameworks to support the firm’s ability to attract and retain top leadership talent Draft and advise on executive compensation matters, including employment agreements, offer letters, long-term incentive compensation, and deferred compensation arrangements Assist with restrictive covenant structure and documentation Monitor and counsel on legal, tax, and regulatory developments affecting executive compensation. Translate complex legal issues into practical guidance for business leaders across internal firm teams Base salary is expected to be $250,000-$300,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
