Speech Language Pathologist in Kernersville, NC

You'll be working with a variety of age groups, with specific caseload details provided upon assignment. The position begins August 26, 2027, and runs through June 10, 2028, aligning closely with the school calendar for strong work/life balance.


Desired Qualifications:

• Active SLP certification with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid educator credentials, meeting all state-specific requirements
• Previous experience in school-based SLP settings strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between schools as assigned
• Commitment to timely credentialing processes

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic intervention for student communication disorders
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with school teams
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to address each student's needs
• Maintain regular records, progress notes, and required documentation
