Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food & beverage environment
• Positive, contagious energy that lifts the people around you
• A passion for building community and introducing something exciting to your neighborhood
• 3 years of General Manager experience
• Drive thru experience required
• New location opening experience a plus

We're a fast-growing specialty coffee and food concept known for our unique menu offerings and handcrafted drinks. Our cafes are high-energy, community-driven spaces where hospitality is everything.

**Compensation & Benefits

• Open availability is required; this is a 45-hour/week role.
• Hourly rate: $30.00$35.00/hr (~$74,000$86,000 annually)
• Bonus potential: Up to $1,500/month
