Stand Manager

What You'll Own

Play every position: Brewista to shift lead, you can do it all.
Keep lines flying: train and motivate the crew to crush wait times and deliver spotless service.
Coach constantly: give regular, specific feedback and build smart weekly schedules that balance labor costs with lightning-fast lines.
Guard the cash & gear: track deposits, change funds, inventory, and equipment like a hawk.
Fuel the culture: run huddles, team events, and bring the fun every shift.
Drive compliance: own health-code standards and develop the next generation of leaders.
Execute directives: turn upper-management goals into action, delegating and following up.

Flex Schedule

Anywhere between 5 a.m. opens and 11:30 p.m. closes.
Off-clock pit stops happen-swing by when coaching, paperwork, or emergency call.
Expect weekends, holidays, and on-call moments.

What It Takes

Magnetic people skills and proven leadership of 40+ teammates.
Calm, quick hands around hot liquids, outdoor weather, and 50-lb lifts.
Endurance to stand, bend, climb, and navigate drive-thru traffic for hours.
Sharp multitasker who solves problems on the fly and juggles multiple projects.
Basic Microsoft Office know-how.
Bring the energy, own the numbers, and make every shift legendary.
