LOA Compliance & Administration Specialist

Grifols is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist I to manage day-to-day LOA administration in a HYBRID onsite/remote role. You will determine leave types, assess FMLA eligibility, and handle documentation across payroll and HR systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of leave laws, and collaboration with HR and managers.
