Job Description
The HVAC Installer is responsible for the efficient and high-quality installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The Installer will follow blueprints to connect ductwork, electrical/gas lines, and refrigeration lines, ensuring safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction while often performing basic system checks and fine-tuning after installation in residential or commercial settings.
The role of the HVAC Installer must exhibit consistent professionalism, respect and a cooperative spirit in all interactions, particularly with the direct supervisor. A positive and receptive demeanor is a requirement of this role.
This role supports Daflure’s mission to provide superior service, enhance comfort, improve indoor air quality, and reduce utility cost for clients, all while fostering a trusted lifelong relationship.
