High Volume Recruiter

Kforce has a client seeking a High Volume Recruiter in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume call center roles, supporting class‑based hiring timeliness. Drive candidate pipeline from application through offer, ensuring consistent flow to meet class fill targets. Conduct structured phone screens and assess candidates for customer service aptitude, communication skills, and role fit. Partner with hiring managers, Operations, and L&D to align on hiring demand, class needs, and candidate readiness. Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure timely movement of candidates through each stage of the hiring process. Requirements 3+ years of high‑volume recruiting experience, ideally within a financial services environment. Consultative communication style with ability to influence hiring decisions and provide market guidance. Proficiency with Workday, EightFold, and MS Office. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
