Northwest Permanente, P.C., is currently seeking a Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team of highly collaborative CRNAs and Anesthesiologists.
What You Can Expect:

• Current staff are a mix of 8, 10, 11, and 12. Shift lengths are variable
• Differential pay for evenings, nights, weekends, and 36+ hours
• Cases include neuro/backs, vascular, ENT, ortho, general surgery, robot, spinal, epidural, OB, non-OR sites, and pediatric opportunities. No regional or hearts
• Provide coverage at 4 locations, OB at two sites, with a primary home base
• Medical supervision
• Professional liability coverage
• Mentoring SRNAs for clinical rotations

Current hiring incentives for this role:

• Relocation allowance - up to $15,000
• Student loan assistance program - up to $100k or a $50k Sign-on bonus

The annual salary for this position is $222,800 - $237,000 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
