JOB SUMMARY

The Molecular Genetics TechnologistII conducts high-complexity molecular tests in the diagnosis and treatment of genetic diseases while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform clinical testing following CAP, NY, and CLIA regulations. Troubleshoot assay performance andmaintainlaboratory equipment. Conduct quality control (QC) checks and report deviations promptly. Manage laboratory stock levels and replenish supplies. Assistin training new employees asrequired. Execute other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline or medical technology. 2-4 years of relevantexperienceOR Master’s degree with 0-2 years relevant experience Preferred MB(ASCP) or MT(ASCP)
