This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas.This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences aligned with luxury standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundryLead, train, and develop a team of housekeeping leaders and expertsEnsure adherence to brand standards, Forbes standards, and cleanliness expectationsConduct regular inspections to maintain quality and consistencyManage labor productivity, scheduling, and departmental budgetsCollaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operationsDrive engagement and accountability within the housekeeping teamMaintain inventory controls and oversee ordering of supplies and linensQualificationsRequired: Prior housekeeping leadership experience in a full-service hotel environmentPreferred: Experience in a luxury hotel settingStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and uphold high service standardsKnowledge of housekeeping operations, systems, and best practicesFlexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays#IND200 #ZR150What are we looking for?Compensation:$52,000-$60,000Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
