Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons Therapy Clinic – Montgomery, AL

Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons Therapy Clinic is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team in Montgomery, Alabama. This position is located within a physician-owned orthopedic practice, providing excellent collaboration with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No weekends
• Outpatient orthopedic setting

• Occasional travel to our satellite clinic locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized plans of care focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education and home exercise programs.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Alabama Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure).
• One to three years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

Our therapists are provided the time necessary to deliver quality care. Therapists will treat no more than two patients per hour, allowing for meaningful patient interaction and individualized treatment.
