Eric Atwell State Farm is a local insurance agency based in Overland Park, KS. Our team is growing, and we are looking to add people who enjoy helping others and working as part of a winning team. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Eric Atwell State Farm located in Overland Park, KS. The Account Manager will be responsible for building client relationships, assisting with insurance policy inquiries, making recommendations, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications
- Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Communication skills
- Insurance Industry Knowledge and Policy Management skills
- Claims Processing and Problem-Solving skills
- Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
- Sales and Marketing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Education: College Degree Preferred; or combination of work experience and High School
- Job specific training
