The group manages and sub-advises a wide array of funds and accounts in the US and Europe, including CLOs, separately managed accounts, commingled funds, and registered funds. Job Description & ResponsibilitiesBlackstone Credit & Insurance is seeking a Senior Associate to support the Restructuring team within the Liquid Credit business. This team is responsible for leading liability management and balance sheet restructuring initiatives across Blackstone’s Liquid Credit platform.Responsibilities will include:Analyzing liability management and balance sheet alternativesUnderwriting and structuring new-money investments related to restructuring transactionsInterfacing with restructuring advisors and other lendersConducting financial analysis, due diligence, industry research, and competitive analysisAnalyzing legal documentation and drafting memoranda for internal and external useQualificationsBlackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, have sound judgement and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
