Staffing Coordinator

JOB LOCATION - Wilkes-Barre General Hospital
POSITION PURPOSE Coordinate and maintain accurate staffing, scheduling and computer data base mechanisms for the Clinical Services Department POSITION QUALIFICATION Education High school diploma or G.E.D. required Experience/Specialized Skills/Aptitudes Ability to communicate effectively with employees and the public over the telephone and in person. Experience in payroll, scheduling, and data entry preferred; computer literacy required. Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with high level of stress required. Must be flexible and demonstrate ability to accept change. Licenses/Certificates
