The ideal candidate will have experience handling venture capital financing, and M&A transactions, and providing general legal advice on corporate matters.

Duties for the Corporate Associate Attorney Role:

• Represent emerging growth companies and institutional investors in venture capital financing.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions for diverse clients.
• Advise startups on corporate governance, formation, and day-to-day operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.

Required Credentials:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emerging Growth Venture Capital legal practice.
• Demonstrated expertise in representing both investors and issuers in venture capital financing.
• Substantial experience in M&A transactions and corporate advisory work.
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Cravath scale pay from 2nd yr Associate or higher
