Role Description The Project Manager for Commercial HVAC is a full-time role based in Quarryville, PA. This role oversees commercial HVAC projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, billing and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers. The Project Manager monitors project progress, ensures quality and safety standards are met, and resolves issues related to materials, timelines, and installation. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing plans and specifications, managing logistics for equipment and materials, conducting site visits and inspections, tracking project documentation, and communicating status updates to stakeholders. The role also involves working closely with field personnel to align project goals, maintain compliance with codes and regulations, and support continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and oversight of commercial HVAC or construction projects.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize deliveries, manage inventory, and align resources with project timelines.
• Relevant experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsft Excel, Revu Bluebeam, Submittal Exchange and Procore is ideal.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
