Join a team that's invested in your growth and success.Your Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finishDevelop, track, and update project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor invoicing using construction softwareCoordinate effectively with clients, internal sales teams, and subcontractorsInterpret and review construction drawings, specs, and proposalsOversee the purchasing of equipment, materials, and subcontractor servicesConduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality controlLead project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and project logsMaintain strict compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and legal regulationsWork directly with clients on routine upgrades, scope changes, and progress updatesQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma required; some college or construction-related coursework preferredPrior experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or Construction SupervisorStrong understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, and timelinesProficient in reading blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesConfidence and professionalism when dealing with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsWhat We OfferFull-time, stable employment with a growing companyCompetitive compensation based on experienceSupportive, collaborative work culture with training and development opportunitiesExposure to diverse, high-impact commercial projectsA company that values people, professionalism, and progressCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)Benefits Package includes:Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance and health savings accountPaid time off and retirement planMonday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)Ready to Join the Team?We want to hear from skilled, driven individuals who take pride in their work.
