Customer Sales Manager

We are actively sourcing candidates for a client opportunity. Our client is opening a Chicago sales office and needs a player-coach to build your own book of business while coaching and growing a team. Responsibilities Build, run, and execute sales plans, strategies, and performance indicators. Lead contract negotiations and support customer bid packages and RFPs. Own the quarterly business review process to track progress against sales targets and revenue goals. Coach a team of customer sales executives day to day, give real-time feedback, and set clear performance expectations. Keep sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics current in company platforms.
