About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the development and execution of impactful financial strategies within a dynamic healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving KPI frameworks, ensuring operational rigor, and collaborating with senior leadership to shape financial excellence. Key duties include designing and implementing KPI frameworks, developing and maintaining P&L allocation methodologies, and optimizing AP platform configurations. The role also involves leading cross-functional financial workstreams related to M&A integration and providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance and efficiency. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of 7-12 years' progressive finance experience, particularly in healthcare services or PE-backed environments, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building KPI frameworks, strong internal controls background, and proficiency with accounting and AP/spend management platforms. The role demands the ability to operate autonomously, deliver high-quality outcomes, and experience in multi-entity or multi-location accounting/finance. The Vice President of Finance will also be expected to ensure robust internal controls, and audit readiness, and support the development of scalable financial systems and processes for sustained growth.
