UX Program Manager

Title: UX Program Manager

Responsibilities
The UX Program Manager (PgM) acts as the operational lead embedded within the execution layers of the App Foundations and UX Engineering (UXE) pillars under the team. This role is responsible for driving technical project management, sprint execution, and cross-functional feature delivery, effectively bridging the gap between design concepts and engineering implementation. Operating with a proactive "Producer" mindset, the PgM independently manages workflows, unblocks technical dependencies, and ensures high-quality end-to-end execution across multiple complex product tracks.

Deliverables
• End-to-End Program Execution: Manage and track the cross-functional workflow across PM, Eng, and UX from initial concept through to final launch for assigned tracks (including xGA Appyness and the AIM <> AF Partnership).
• Sprint & Bug Management: Run sprint ceremonies (including weekly stand-ups), maintain agile backlogs, author and manage Buganizer tickets, and track engineering progress to preserve project momentum.
• Intake & Triage Frameworks: Design, establish, and maintain structured program tracking frameworks, status documents, and intake processes to prioritize incoming requests and connect partner teams with the appropriate leads.
• Visual Quality Assurance (QA) Pipeline: Coordinate and oversee the UX review and approval queue, ensuring rigorous visual QA and design fidelity before engineering deployment.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration & Comms: Facilitate daily triage, resolve technical blockers, and maintain clear alignment channels between core UX designers, UX Engineers, and partner engineering leads within a matrixed environment.
Requested skills
• L5 UX PgM equivalent skillset.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, specifically driving collaboration between UX designers and software engineers.
• Strong technical program management background with a proven "Producer" style-highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Solid understanding of UX design processes, design systems, and component/token development workflows.
• Expertise in agile project management methodologies and advanced bug-tracking/ticketing systems (e.g., managing backlogs, grooming sprints, and triaging complex bugs).
• Demonstrated track record of independently delivering end-to-end projects and managing multiple parallel workstreams with shifting priorities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build partnerships and align diverse cross-functional stakeholders in both your own team and teams across the organization.
