The opportunity As a Technology Service Delivery Senior, you'll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you'll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you'll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions. We are looking for Test/Quality Engineers who will ensure quality through test planning, functional testing, automation, API and data validation, and release readiness for our financial services clients. The team leverages test automation frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, ReadyAPI, and REST Assured, alongside SQL for data validation and CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable, high-quality software. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that spans the full testing lifecycle. Your Key Responsibilities The goal is to help clients solve complex business problems by ensuring software quality from planning through release readiness. You will define test scenarios and maintain test evidence, execute functional, API, integration, regression, and data testing, track defects and support root-cause analysis, and own assigned workstreams independently from design through production support. Skills and attributes for success Working knowledge and hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation across functional, regression, integration, and API testing. Working knowledge and hands-on experience building automated tests using JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, ReadyAPI, and REST Assured. Working knowledge of Java/J2EE and Unix/Linux shell scripting in support of test automation. Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and back-end verification. Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and Jenkins. Define test scenarios, maintain test evidence, and execute functional, API, integration, regression, and data testing. Track defects, support root-cause analysis, and own assigned workstreams independently from design through production support. Collaborate across product, engineering, testing, and operations teams, and mentor less-experienced team members where appropriate. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time. To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4-9 years of relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance. Hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation. Working knowledge of Java/J2EE and Unix/Linux shell scripting for test automation. Experience with SQL for data validation. Hands-on experience with JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, ReadyAPI, and REST Assured. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and Jenkins. Experience across functional, regression, integration, and API testing. Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
