Key Responsibilities: Accurately verify costs and accounting for new and used vehicle purchases Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness Submit sales documentation and contracts to lenders Process trade payoffs Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in the automotive industry or a similar administrative role is preferred Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA and Life Insurance after 60 days of employment Paid Vacation and Sick Leave Employee discount on products and services #J-18808-Ljbffr Dennis Dillon Co.
