This role offers the chance to significantly influence our marketing trajectory, driving impactful creative strategies that directly contribute to our user growth and retention. You will be instrumental in developing and executing campaigns that capture attention, explain complex offerings simply, and motivate action across a wide array of digital platforms. Your work will directly shape how our products are perceived and adopted, making a tangible difference in our market presence and user base.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other paid and organic channels.
• Create strong hooks, headlines, offers, scripts, and campaign angles that drive performance.
• Develop concepts for static ads, short-form videos, user-generated content (UGC), landing pages, and social content.
• Research competitors, market trends, customer pain points, and winning creative strategies to inform your work.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and the broader marketing team.
• Translate complex marketing offers into simple, easy-to-understand creative concepts.
• Review advertising performance data and identify which hooks, messages, and creative styles are most effective.
• Build new creative variations and iterate on top-performing hooks based on performance data.
• Help create and manage a structured creative testing strategy to optimize campaigns.
• Stay ahead of trends across financial technology, payments, rewards, digital currencies, consumer finance, and social media.
• Help maintain consistent messaging and brand positioning across all campaigns.
• Build and manage robust user-generated content (UGC) networks, focusing on direct-response conversions.
• Translate raw marketing directives from leadership into actionable, easy-to-understand creative briefs for production teams.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing.
• Proven experience developing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or other performance marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and conversion-focused creative.
• Ability to take a complicated product and explain it in a simple, engaging way.
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing ad performance and using data to guide the next round of creative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where campaigns and offers are tested frequently.
• Strong understanding of user-generated content (UGC) and short-form video best practices.
• Experience scaling paid social campaigns.
• Ability to manage and strategize with a large volume of creators/influencers.
• Proficiency in direct-response metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and CTR (Click-Through Rate).
• Experience managing end-to-end creative testing pipelines.
• B.S. in Marketing or a related field.

Even Better If You Have

• Experience with one or more of the following: Financial Technology (FinTech), Payments, Consumer Finance, Banking, Digital Currencies / Web3, Rewards or Loyalty Programs, Mobile Applications, or High-Growth Technology Companies.

You won't just be responsible for making ads look good; you'll be instrumental in answering the critical question: "What message will compel someone to stop scrolling, understand our product, and take action?" You'll continuously generate new ideas, rigorously test them, learn from performance data, and transform those insights into increasingly effective creative strategies, directly impacting our user growth and engagement.

Applicants should provide examples of campaigns, advertisements, user-generated content (UGC) concepts, scripts, or creative strategies they have personally developed. Please include examples where you can explain the strategic thinking behind the creative and the measurable results it generated.
